Spring 2023 Reschedule Form

Please fill out the following form by Friday, March 17th to schedule make up lessons for lessons cancelled by the studio this semester. Lesson blocks will be distributed on a first come first served basis and you will be notified of your lesson dates/times at lease 48 hours prior to the first lesson. If you have multiple family members currently studying in the studio please be sure refresh the page and complete this form for each student.
